Imperia is a "5X" space strategy game from independent developer Steve Hawkins.

Concept

According to the home page, Imperia is, "a new type of 4X that combines epic empire-building with dealing with individual personalities." That makes me think it's akin to Crusader Kings II in space, which could be awesome if so.
