Galactic Civilizations III is the latest in the very long line of space-based 4X games that started in the mid-90s when OS/2 was actually a thing. The game has all the staples one could want from a 4X game, and also includes a rash of meaningful decisions to make, a good dose of humor, and a lot more.
Concept
Take a pre-made or custom race through a path of galactic conquest, whether through military, scientific or diplomatic means.
