The Viceroy is an economic sim that puts you in charge of a territory consisting of many planets and districts, and has you trying to help that territory recover after a large, galactic collapse of a massive empire.
Concept
Rebuild your territory using a combination of infrastructural, scientific and biological improvements to reverse the devastating effects of a galactic collapse, all the while fighting the effects of that collapse along with the rise of a rebel navy.
