Playing Through Space Gaming's Past, Present and Future
Galactic Arms Race hit Steam a little while back, so I decided to take it out for a spin. It’s a twin-stick shooter with persistent leveling elements along with switchable guns based on isotopes you find from slain enemies. The controls are a bit swiffy, but once you get used to them, it’s a pretty fun game.

I’ve been playing this a lot lately and it does a great job of capturing the classic Diablo level up hook very nicely. The difficulty ramps up quickly and watch out for the Space Blobs!!! :)
