A while back I did a preview of Smugglers 5, which was a fun turn-based open space combat and trading game that I had a great time with. I hadn’t heard much regarding the game since until today, when it appeared on GOG for $10. If you have an interest in open-world (universe?) combat and trading games, check this one out. :) Enjoy!

I remember trying 3rd installment of it some years ago (5-6 I think). It was a fun little game worth its $10 tag. Unfortunately, I also remember that next numerics were not really the sequels of the series but rather updates with a bunch of new features added to the existing core game. And at the same time were sold 10 bucks for each new version without any ability to upgrade my existing version of the game.
Guess 5th part went the same way as prevoius, eh?
Hey SGJ, have you heard of this? Looks like of much cooler version of Gimbal.

I have now. :) Thanks!
The fixed resolution of 800×600 on my 30″ monitor makes me have to squint. Won’t even scale up to the whole monitor, plays in a 5″ square in the middle of the screen.
why no mention of the game ending bugs ?
Because I didn’t really encounter any. Welcome to the comments! :)
