Off-Topic: ARG!

Hey y’all, I am so sorry. Today, of COURSE on the day I try user registration here, something is going on wherein emails coming from the site are taking FOREVER to arrive. Emails that should’ve arrived hours ago are still MIA. I’ve contacted my host about the problem, but there’s little more I can do.

If you’re trying to register, I can approve you manually, so please register for the site and comment on a post or two and in the forums. I still need to test this functionality out. I’m still debating whether to keep the forums linked or separate, but my ultimate goal is for you guys, to make as awesome an experience for you all every time you all visit the site. Therefore, please accept my apologies for this latest round of growing pains. I’m still trying to make this place the best it can be, and I thank you in advance for your patience. Additional Thought: So in thinking more on the topic, I’m now debating…is forcing the comments and forum threads to be one removing choice? As in…if I want to allow the reader to comment on the blog and post in the forum, should I force them to do both, or should I let them choose which way they wish to interact with the site? What a conundrum…
