Another Site Test – User Registration for Forum/Comment Posting

Okay you guys, here’s the deal. I put a lot of thought into this, and I want to give it a test run. On this post — and if it works, future posts — will require registration in order to comment on the cross-posted forum thread using bbpress. Guests or anonymous posts will no longer work. Registration will only work if you correctly enter the captcha at registration and then click on the email validation link. This will hopefully prevent spammers from logging in, the bastards. ;)

Now, with that being said, I invite you to help me test this out. We have a lot of good people here, and I wanna keep ’em around while still keeping out the spambots, so please register and comment on this post so we can see how well this works. Thanks!
