I wish someone (gog?) would pick up Armada 2525. 2526 is an… ok 4X, but 2525 (a DOS game from the 90s; 320×200 256 color…) was actually a really good game. The scale was just right, the research was interesting. Combat was dismal, since it was basically watching a movie of space invaders to see who won, but other than that the game was quite solid.
