Playing Through Space Gaming's Past, Present and Future
According to Adam over on Space Sector, at a press event going on (live feed here) with Matrix Games and Slitherine, his contact is telling him that the two companies have announced a new 4X game entitled Pandora: First Contact. This is exciting because Slitherine has been publushing some damned fine games of late, in my understanding. Sadly there’s no further information to be found, but I’ll try to get some more. Slitherine is a publisher, not a developer. They do not MAKE games. They publish them.
As for “damned fine games” – they’ve had a fair number of howlers as well.
Hi Smeghead, and welcome to the blog. My apologies then, I’m not wholly familiar with Slitherine’s catalog, I just know some of their recent games, like that Panzer General homage, have been pretty popular lately.
